The approach

mycolours uses the 12-season system: the same framework taught at professional training academies and used by consultants worldwide. But instead of a human eye making a subjective call under salon lighting, Claude Vision reads the precise undertone, depth, chroma and contrast of your skin, hair and eyes from two photographs taken in natural daylight.
It is not foolproof. No system is. But it is consistent, fast, and repeatable. The same photo under the same conditions will return the same result, anywhere in the world, at any time of day. That is more than most traditional sessions can promise.

A small independent team in the UK. We are designers and engineers, not franchise consultants. We built the tool we wished existed when we went looking for colour analysis ourselves.
For the attributes it measures (skin undertone, hair depth, eye colour, contrast level) AI is more consistent than a human eye under variable lighting. A great in-person consultant has the edge in styling intuition and conversation. We give you the colour science, entirely online, for a fraction of the price; what you do with it is up to you.
Deleted within 60 seconds of your result loading. Not archived, not anonymised, not retained for service improvement. Deleted. We keep only derived colour attributes: hex values and text descriptions.
Your photos are already gone (deleted within 60 seconds of analysis). When you delete your account, we remove your profile, analysis results, and email within 30 days. Payment data is held by Stripe, not us.
No. We do not sell, share, or licence user data. We do not run ads. Our revenue comes from analysis reports and subscriptions. That is the entire business model.
