The service
mycolours provides AI-powered personal colour analysis. You upload two photographs (face and eye close-up), our system analyses them using Claude Vision, and returns a report classifying you into one of 12 colour seasons with personalised recommendations for your palette, makeup, hair, wardrobe, metals, and more.
Pricing and payment
The Colour Report costs £7.99, paid once via Stripe Checkout. The optional Personal Stylist subscription costs £7.99 per month, billed via Stripe Billing. All prices include VAT where applicable. We never see or store your card details; all payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of the Colour Report within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your Personal Stylist subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again. No retention flows, no end-of-billing-period delays, no dark patterns.
Your photos
Photos are processed in temporary memory (tmpfs) only and deleted within 60 seconds of analysis. They are never written to persistent storage, never shared with third parties beyond the analysis provider (Anthropic), and never used for AI training. Accuracy disclaimer
Colour analysis is inherently subjective. Our AI provides a classification based on the photographs you supply. Results may vary with lighting conditions, camera quality, and other factors. We make no guarantee that results will match those of a traditional colour consultant. We provide the colour science; how you apply it is up to you.
Age restriction
mycolours is available to users aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We require age confirmation during onboarding and will delete accounts found to belong to users under 18.
Acceptable use
You may use mycolours for personal, non-commercial colour analysis only. You may not: (a) analyse photographs of other people without their consent; (b) reverse engineer the analysis pipeline; (c) scrape or redistribute report content at scale; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The mycolours name, logo, design system, and report templates are our intellectual property. Your colour report is yours to keep, share, and use personally. You may not resell or commercially redistribute the report content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mycolours is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are a working draft and must be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
